COCO Y PAPEL DE HORNO

Today we went to the bakery supply store near market to get coconut for my granola and parchment paper.  That's 1/4 kilo of coconut you see below.  Coconut weighs less than I thought.  A
mis-overestimate, as a former US president might put it.

We've been looking for parchment paper since we moved here.  In the US it was sold in rolls and found with the aluminum foil and wax paper, but not here.  I asked the clerk if they had "papel de horno," and she said "yes, how many do you want?"  I was ready for that question.  "How does it come?" I asked.  And she showed me a "piel" or "skin" of it as you see below.  I got ten of them.
