Friday was the last performance of the spring season. Beethoven's 9th:
Very stirring. Below is a list of the names of members of the chorus. They sat, bleacher style, pressed tightly together on the stage behind the symphony, silent until the last movement. Nobody talked or fainted (as I would have).
A great finale for the season's homage to Beethoven.
